Account and Data Deletion Policy

This document describes how Revyou users can delete their account and associated personal data, as well as request support or access to their data while the account still exists.
1. In-app account deletion
Users can request account deletion directly through the app by following the path below:
Profile > three-dot menu (top right) > Account > Delete account
Once completed, the user's account will be permanently deleted, including all data and information linked to the account, subject only to any legal or regulatory obligations requiring retention for a specified period.
2. Effects of deletion
Account deletion permanently implies:
- immediate deactivation of account access;
- deletion of data linked to the user in the app;
- removal of personal information associated with account use;
- impossibility of subsequent recovery of the account or deleted data.
Once deletion is complete, data cannot be restored.
3. Deletion request via support channel
If the user has difficulty performing the deletion directly through the app, they may request support by email:
This channel may also be used for requests related to account data access, provided the account still exists and the data is still available in our systems.
4. Data access request
Users may request information about the data linked to their account by emailing contato@idealizer.com.br.
Data access requests can only be fulfilled if the account is still active or if the data still exists in our records. If the account has already been deleted and the data removed, recovery will not be possible.
5. Data no longer available after deletion
After permanent account deletion, the following data will no longer be available, as applicable to the app's functionality:
- profile registration data;
- information associated with account use;
- records and content linked exclusively to the user within the app;
- other personal data stored in connection with account use.
6. Legal and regulatory limitations
In specific situations, certain data may be retained for the minimum period necessary to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, fraud prevention, exercise of legal rights, or compliance with competent authority determinations, where applicable.
In such cases, the data will not remain available for normal account use and will only be processed for legally permitted purposes.
