Stealth bomber pilots Vic Deakins and Riley Hale are set at odds with one another when Vic makes a dangerous deal with an arms dealer for a stolen nuclear weapon, and it is up to Riley and an innocent park ranger named Terry Carmichael to stop them before the deal goes through.
